		<description>I agree with you. A relevant backlink has its own relevance. A link from a good pr directory is not bad at all. Google would rather ban a directory as they did to uncoverthenet.com than devaluing a trusted directory link. If a directory charges for crappy sites to be included, the directory will be on their spamming radar.</description>
