Turnover Is The Key To Growth- Internet Sales Not The Solution

There is such a hue and cry over Internet marketing; it is being touted as the best way to market your ware. It is alright for the small guys in the business to market their products through the web. They after all save on infrastructure costs. They save on hiring people and space to sell their products.

The Internet offers them a kind of shelf space to sell, free of cost. If you are a small business, believe me, the amount of money you have to shell out to display your products will leave you busted in a short time. So the Internet comes in handy. As long as you stay small, it is has its benefits.

But the moot question here is whether you want to stay small all the time? If you want to grow, then your revenues must increase so that you can plow that back into your business. If you want your revenues to increase, sales of your products must grow exponentially.

We are talking about a whole lot of people buying your products and not that small group of nerds who have access to the web. If you want to capture a huge number of customers, your products must be visible. For this visibility, you have to set up shop wherever there is potential for sales.

The Internet may be an ideal place to start marketing your products but you cannot stay there, selling your products only through the Internet.

You need to go out in the big world and sell your ware. Get people to look at the stuff you are selling; let them check your stuff out and Voila! If you have something good, it is bound to sell.

The thought of growing big may scare you but if you get scared then what kind of business person are you? Hey an interesting comparison just crossed by mind. Selling through the Internet is a wee bit like the frog in the well parable.

If you want to grow big, achieve something in your life, you have to grow and step out of the well and combat.

You need turnover to grow big and the selling through the Internet is just one way of selling.

That is passive selling. It is definitely not THE ONLY WAY to sell.
