Hi Srini,

I appreciated this video because I am just in a place where I was questioning why I would want to go in and create a better profile on a certain networking site.
It seems that a lot of the people on this particular site are already doing what I am doing(in the type of business that I am). When I went into the tab where it says groups , when I went to different people's groups most if not all were all little commercials for their business opportunities.
I was quite turned off by this and increasingly didn't see the point as to why I would network with people that are just going to be pitching me on their thing.
What I constantly struggle with for myself , is how do I create value for others?
What do I have to offer?
When I go into an environment like that , it doesn't seem as such a big concern for others.
It is just about selling.
I liked what you said about thinking about why I would join a certain group.
Knowing why you are doing things ,instead of just doing them is half the battle I feel.
Best to you,
Susan
