Looks like times are changing, individuals and big corporations alike have started making proven revenues via social media sites like
Facebook and Twitter. Recently Dell generated $1 million dollars revenue just from Twitter.

You agree that, a huge follower list on twitter and a massive friend list of Facebook will not translate into money at the end.

Your brand enhancement in these sites will not necessarily make you any money either.
