			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>About 2 years ago I was approached by a friend of mine to help him buy an internet business. We spent several days exploring many businesses. At the end he never bought any online business but personally I acquired a lot of knowledge in the process. Soon after that I created this &#8220;tell all&#8221; 60 minute video that explains my complete understanding of this process. </p>
<p>The first time around I released this video to a select group of 15 paid attendees and the second time to my &#8220;King Of Blogging Workshop&#8221; attendees. Al together only 25 people have seen this video. The video is pretty old, but the content on this is priceless. </p>
<p>Most recently I was planning to buy a website and I had to go back into my archives to find &#038; watch this video. If you are internet marketer of any magnitude this video will come extremely handy. The big thing I talk about here is the three level validation. How the website has to pass all three levels of validation before you even plan on making a bid.  Just cashflow and subscribers are not enough</p>
<p>I strongly believe in the idea of buying into an existing business. This video completely supports that.</p>

<span>I think it is imperative for us to pay attention to the current situation and do whatever is necessary to grow our business and make money online while helping our clients and customers in best possible way.</span></p>
<p><span>If you look around, you will see  that getting information about anything is becoming easier day by day and we have too much of information flowing into our life in many different directions.</span></p>
<p><span>It is getting harder  day by day to keep up with it and  more importantly it is becoming a even bigger challenge to pick and choose the right source of  information which will be the best solution for our  current need.</span></p>
<p><span>No matter what, It must help us eliminate our actual pain or frustration without wasting our time, attention and emotional energy.</span></p>
<p><span>I am going to share a  proven principle  called &#8220;Ziff’s Law&#8221; which is going to give you  a totally new perspective about  how you deal with the above challenge and build the trust  and rapport with your audience  and have them come to you again and again  irrespective of all the competition out there.</span></ul>
<p><span>Zipf’s Law  says : </span></p>
<p><strong><span>With limited time and opportunity to experiment, your ideal clients intentionally narrow their choices to those who are at the top.</span></strong></p>

<span>After spending enough time and doing some really good amount of testing on my part I have come up with some answers to the following questions which might come to your mind as it did to me.</span></p>
<li><span>What does it mean to you?</span></li>
<li><span>How can you apply it into your own make money online  venture?</span> </li>
<li><span>What is the best  way to  incorporate into your own business?</span></li>
<p><span>Here is what I found based on my study as well as all the experiments and test I have done so far.</span></p>
<p><span>No matter what business you do , you will have to position yourself as an expert in some specific segment  of business that will create an impression for your audience to consider your as their ultimate solution in stead of your competitors.</span></p>
<p><span>If you consider the business of making money online as a case study, all your audience want is to generate some extra cash consistently  while having total  freedom and control over their time and decisions in life.</span></p>
<p><span>As a solution provider, our role is to take the responsibility of  their need or desire and come up with a solution which will work for them irrespective of their geographic, demographic and psychographic situation.</span></p>
<p><span>That means, we will have to take all the pain and hard work necessary to create  solution  which involves a lot of trial and error and make it available to them in a simple and easy to understandable format so that they will not go through all the pain and frustration you had to go through.</span></p>
<p><span>Now comes the third question ,</span><span>how your customers or clients can incorporate it into their own business and position them correctly.</span></p>
<p><span>Just to make simpler for you  to understand and  implement it into your own business I have classified all solution providers  into 3 categories.</span></p>
<li><span>a. Enabler</span></li>
<li><span>b. Enhancer</span></li>
<li><span>c. Implementer</span></li>
<p><span>If you  pay close attention.</span></p>
<p><span>All these 3 words represents  some sort of role.</span></p>
<p><span>Being an enabler you are enabling a sale, that means your role and responsibility is to enable a sale and make money doing it.</span></p>
<p><span>Enhancer means your role is to enhance the features, functionality or user experience of an existing solution and get paid for doing it.</span></p>
<p><span>The third word was an implementer which means you have taken a role of doing all the hard work to implement the solutions, systems or programs out there and proved yourself as the successful example of something and made it work and ultimately you get paid because of it.</span></p>
<p><span>Unless  fit yourself into any of these roles and do it with due diligence  it would be hard for you to make money online and see the desired results.</span></p>
<p><span>I strongly recommend you to analyze your business and see what is your role and which category do you belong to.</span></p>
<p><span>Next step would be to establish yourself as the ultimate authority in whatever role you decide to  fit in.</span></p>
<p><span>Understanding your role and responsibility will allow you to achieve clarity and create a measurable goal and help you focus your time, money and efforts in right direction.</span></p>
<p><span>In fact this will help you channel your emotional energy and attention to your ultimate goal and create a passion inside you to break all the barriers and help you win in your business and personal life.</span>

<p>For a Second Forget about reading a bunch of blogs on how to make money online. Forget about navigating this blog searching for tips and techniques on how to make money online. Just follow a few of the following steps and you too will start making money. All these steps are from my own experience. Remember this is hard work but again once you get the hang of it, money will start flowing in&#8230;.Let gets started.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Create a blog</strong>, start making 10 posts a day for 30 days. Then cut the frequency down to 3 posts a day. Each post has to be of 400 words. Don&#8217;t spend more than 7 minutes writing a post, if you go beyond 10 minutes you are doing something wrong. You need a seminar on content creation.</li>
<li><strong>Make one press release a day</strong>. There are a bunch of free PR sites. Submit the same release to all of them. Do this for 10 days in a row. With online press releases you get what you pay for. The more you pay the better exposure you get. I prefer the free option. From all my experiments I found its better to have 10 free press releases than just one $250 one. That&#8217;s just me, let me know what you find.</li>
<li><strong>Write 10 articles a day</strong> and start submitting them to article directories. At the end of the month you will have about 300 articles. Again if you are spending more than 10 minutes per article, You are doing something wrong. Just a word of caution, articles and blog posts are two different things, they are not the same. Blog posts have a character and persona where as articles are written with a journalistic flare.  There are a bunch of article directories, these days almost all of them are effective and ineffective on the same breath. Don&#8217;t spend a lot of time breaking your head on what is working and what is not working, Just find the one that you like and go with. Search this blog for some of my recommendations.</li>
<li><strong>Create one video a day</strong> and submit it to top 10 video sites. Don&#8217;t spend a lot of time submitting into 500 video sites. Top 10 video sites will give you 80% of the traffic, so focus on the best sites ignore the rest.</li>
<li><strong>Create one special report a week</strong>. Now this could be the content from the blog posts and articles you are writing on a daily basis or from PLR content. If you are one of those people who think PLR content will not make you money.. Sorry.. Lets talk</li>
<li><strong>Hold One teleseminar per week. </strong>Conduct your teleseminars even if you have just one person on the call. I have completed over 800 teleseminars till now and trust me my best content has come from the Q&#038;A we have at the end of the teleseminars. Never close a teleseminars without a live Q&#038;A.  Transcribe the teleseminar and then slice the content to load it to your blog, article directories and also to twitter.</li>
<li><strong>Create one info product a month</strong>, your info product can be a bunch of interviews, screen capture videos, audio CD&#8217;s of you narrating a story etc. Don&#8217;t spend more than 48 hrs creating your product. Any product that takes more than 48 hours to create is a waste of time. Remember in the 48hours you should create the salesletter, site design, shopping cart hookup, keyword research, PPC campaign setup, JV identification, Delivery mode sertup etc.</li>

<em>Yes there are some products that take months to create and I understand their relevance and usage, But when starting creating momentum is important and that is what you are trying to achieve here</em></ul>

<p>Before and during the product launch its usual to get a flurry of emails, that could be pretty intimidating. Here is a quick guidance on how to buy into one of these promotions, if you wish to do so:</p>

<strong>Based On Reviews:</strong> The general mass buys based on reviews that people like you and me write upon using a product. You can certainly do so yourself, but given a product in its launch is too new and its too early to judge its success. </p>
<p><strong>Based on Association</strong> Sometime people buy products from marketers becuase they want to somehow associate themselves with them. People have bought high end product from me just to become friends with me. Many marketers know this and during the launch, they make themselves heavily accessible to the public only to pull themselves out soon after.  </p>
<p>So don&#8217;t buy just becuase you are expecting anything additional from the creator of the product. Buy based on merit and your understanding of the product. </p>
<p><strong>Based On Bonuses:</strong> Many marketers wait for all the affiliates to promote so that they can pick and choose whose offer makes sense. During one of the recent launches some of the reputable marketers gave away their earlier versions of their product. How valuable these bonuses are? again that you have to decide. </p>
<p>If you are clicking too may affiliate links make sure you clear the cookies before you go to the link that you absolutely have to buy from. </p>
<p>Based On Impulse: Marketing could be a dangerous game when you are on the receiving end. Despite the rise of social media marketing, more and more people are impulsively buying things without even checking with friends and family. <em>Facebook where are you?</em></p>
<p>Use your judegement and make sure that you have a strong recovery plan before you invest $1997 into any home study course.</p>
<p><strong>Based On Your Need Not On The Promotion:</strong> This is characteristic of a true qualified buyer. Always buy what you need, never the one that is heavily promoted. There is nothing wrong with marketing promotions, but its important that you build the value instead of some one else telling how valuable a product is for you.</ul>
