One has to have absolute passion to respond. Every response is important. Yes after sometime with volume it will become hard but again you have an option to hire moderators.

Awesome! Love the idea of communicating with your readers and having them guest post. Wonder how time consuming it could be if we actully DID respond to every post? Would this be feasible if blogging is not one’s main social media focus?

Definitely this is a great interview, though not very encouraging for some one starting new.
I liked his Communication/community concept.
