A Lazy Method For Creating Effective Content For Your Blog

Just google “Blogging Content” or “Ideas for blog posts” or “Content Ideas For Blog Posts”. You can find all kinds of content on how to create content for your blog. So I will try not to repeat myself here. Instead how about I share my ultimate secret for coming up with effective content.

Before I do that.. Just that you know..

Bad content is bad.. so stay away from it. Average content is average, becuase it will brand you as an average. Good content is useless if it fails to generates readers interest.

We all know, coming up with good content on a daily basis is next to impossible.

So where do you go from here?

A while ago I accidentally stumbled upon this idea, that practically created a fortune for me on internet.

Do you read a lot of articles & stories online? How about visiting forums & Blog? Do you often read something thats you have a strong opinion upon. You spend 2 hours writing a 10 line comment? If you do.. this is for you.

This concept is called “Wrapper Content”. I first shared this technique in an interview with Ryan Lee for his Millionaire Workout Insider series.

The technique works like this..

Go to Youtube.com. Search for videos that align well in your niche. Find a bunch of them. Get the embed code and embed them on your blog. Write a couple of lines above the video. Write a couple of lines below the video.

When you write those four lines make sure they have all the relevant keywords there.

Sometimes I take it one notch up.. bytranscribing the video and uploading the transcribed content.

Now only post videos that you think are effective. Something that you for sure know will bring value for your readers. There is a lot of junk on Youtube.

Here is an example of one of the posts on my blog

I hope you see the power of this “wrapper content”. You are wrapping your ideas around some existing content. In this case a video. You are creating unique content. You know upfront the video is effective. Videos with good comments are an indication that they are watched an liked( unless the creator of the video paid someone to make a ton of comments)

Hope you liked this post. If you did please do share your comments.
