Video #2: Creating Passive Income On Interent With Tier 1 Affiliate Products

If you are an affiliate marketer, promoting the affiliate products driving, PPG or PPC traffic or say promoting those products on your blog, you are going to love this tip.

Most affiliate marketers find the most highly paid item, an item that may be $600 or $997 and they promote it. The idea behind this is the cost of promoting a $27 product or $997 product is the same. The difference is you get 50% of $997 so you make about $500 and then 50% of $27 is $13 and 1/2 dollars which is lot less money eventhough the effort is same.

Now I want to show you two different checks to demonstrate this principle. Now in my hand I have a cheque from bluehost, which is a hosting company and they sent me about $130, I don’t think you can see this, but if you trust me it is $130.

The second check here is from wildwestdomains , I am one of the resellers of godaddy which is Alma Domains and this is a check from them, which is about $24.

Now they are not big amounts. But the point I am trying to make here is these are recurring. That means once you are done doing the job you are not going to have any attrition . I mean you will have some attrition, people will drop out. But then they will continue to stay, use the service. As long as they use the service, you are going to make money month after month.

So you decide. $997 you probably sell two or may be three sales, you are going to make $1500. Imagine getting $130 every month for the rest of the life, as long as the people whom you recommended will use the service.

The reason why I like hosting companies, auto responders, domain name registering services, because they are cheap, people want them. Once people have them, they cannot detach from them. This is what I call ‘tier1 affiliate products.’ Please spend some time on this because this is very crucial.

You will have more sales and then you will have recurring sales, you will have recurring commission and people cannot detach and then you create a passive income. And then Internet Marketing is all about ‘residual or passive income.’ As long as you get this principle you will make a lot of money.
